1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services you arrange with Almora. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out here.

2. Our Services
Almora provides household coordination, meal planning coordination, occasion organisation, and family information services. Our work is confined to general household assistance and coordination tasks. We do not provide any form of professional care, regulated personal services, or activities reserved for licensed practitioners.
The precise scope of any arrangement is agreed with each family individually before the service begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; engagement is formalised through a separate written agreement.
3. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are displayed on our website in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are correct at the time of publication. Prices may be revised from time to time; the price applicable to your arrangement is the one agreed at the point of engagement.
- Payment terms are set out in the individual service agreement
- Invoices are issued in RM and are subject to applicable taxes
- Payments are non-refundable once a service cycle has commenced, except where Almora is unable to fulfil the agreed scope
- For occasion-based services, cancellation more than 72 hours in advance will be considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Your Responsibilities
To allow us to carry out our work well, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and reasonably complete information about your household's needs
- Give reasonable advance notice of changes to arrangements or cancellations
- Ensure our staff or coordinators can access the home at agreed times
- Treat Almora staff with courtesy and in accordance with applicable law
- Not request activities that fall outside Almora's stated scope of service
5. Limitations of Service
Almora provides coordination and household assistance only. The following are outside our scope and we make no representation or undertaking in relation to them:
- Any form of personal care or physical assistance to older relatives
- Any activity that constitutes advice of a professional nature (financial, legal, or otherwise)
- Guarantees about the outcome of occasion planning or community resource availability
- The quality or reliability of third-party services we coordinate (such as grocery delivery providers)
6. Liability
Almora will carry out its coordination work with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- We are not liable for losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers we coordinate
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, changes in circumstances, or third-party failures
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service to which the claim relates
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or in any other way that is not permitted under Malaysian law.
7. Website Use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site's content without our written permission
- Use the site in any way that could impair its functioning or interfere with other users
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact form
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any content on this site without notice.
